Orders

How long will it take for my order to be processed?.

All orders are processed within 2-5 days of being placed.

 

Can I cancel, change or add to my order?

Yes you can. As long as the order hasn't been shipped you can make changes. Just email us your request.

 

Why was my order cancelled?

We normally send an explanation when we initiate a cancelled order. We will cancel any order where the product has been discontinued and/or we will not be able to get it shipped out to you within 10 business days. We will also cancel any order deemed fraudulent.

Shipping

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are shipped within 48 hours of an order being processed providing all items are in-stock. Out-of-Stock items usually ship within 3-10 business days of the order being processed. 

 

What shipping methods do you offer?

We currently use Canada Post to ship.
We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $75 within Canada. If you require faster delivery or a specific provider the best method of getting an estimated shipping cost is to add all the items you want to purchase into your shopping cart. Once in the shopping cart page, input the province, state, area code or zip code where you will be shipping to and an estimated shipping cost will be provided.

 

Can I cancel my order after it has been shipped?

Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been shipped. You are more than welcome to ship back the items once they have arrived and we will process a refund for you. You will however have to pay for the cost of shipping to return it yourself.

Can I change my address once my order has shipped?

Unfortunately once your order has been shipped it the address cannot be charged. Please ensure all shipping information is correct at time of order.

 

My tracking states my package was delivered, but I didn't receive it. What happens now?

Contact us immediately so we may create a tracker case with shipping provider. They will investigate the situation and it can take up to 8 business days to give a complete report. Once we have received word about the status of tracker case, we will inform you of possible resolutions.

 

Do you offer insurance on your packages?

All packages come with insurance up to $100 in cost of packaged items. Please contact us for any further questions about insurance.

 

Can I pickup my order at a store location?

At this moment we do not have any retail stores but local residents (Montreal and Some surrounding areas) arrangements can be made for a pick up.

 

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships out you will receive an e-mail with tracking information to assist you in viewing where your package is every step of the way.

 

My item(s) arrived damaged. What can I do?

We apologize for the inconvenience of receiving a damaged item. Please contact us immediately so we can ship out a replacement item.

 

Can I ship an order to multiple addresses?

You are able to ship items in an order to multiple addresses by leaving a note during the checkout process or emailing us after the order is placed. You may have to pay a separate shipping charge to ship item(s) to their selected destination.

International Shipping

What countries do you ship to?

We are proud to offer shipping to anywhere in the world.

What payment methods do you accept for International Orders?

Does the shipping cost include duties, taxes, customs, or extra fees imposed by my country?

We do not include any duties, taxes, customs or extra fees associated with country standards in the shipping rates. Customs and duties are unpredictable and cannot be included in the shipping costs. These fees would have to be paid by customer when package arrives to destination country.

 

Can I change my address once my order has shipped?

We cannot change an address on an International Package that has departed our warehouse.

 

What is your International Return Policy?

We accept returns on an item(s) up to 30 days after package has been delivered.

 

What items are non-returnable?

We do not accept returns on clearance items. Please refer to our Return Policy.

 

How do I return an item?

 Please e-mail us at  to receive an RMA Number.Please pack your items safely back in the box and return via a traceable shipping method. You will be responsible for shipping cost back to us.

 

TAX

Do I have to pay taxes?

We only charge taxes on purchases that are made in Canada and the individual states that we are affiliated with. The amount of tax charged is based on the province or state you live in. Customers are required to submit any applicable taxes to the governing party in their location if we have not collected it from them.

Refund Policy

Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. We take pride in the quality of the products we sell and offering great customer service is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied, please follow the guidelines detailed below, and we will be happy to help you to return your purchase. Our goal is your total satisfaction! 

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund, exchange or store credit within 14 days of receipt of products.For health reasons we cannot accept returns or exchanges on open or used products.
 
Refunds

We regret that we are unable to refund any original shipping charges that you paid unless the return was a result of our error.

The customer is solely responsible for paying all return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error.

Before making a return, please send an email to our Customer Service Department at INFO@MARSHASMARKETPLACE.CA within 14 days of receipt of your shipment. Include your order number and the reason you want to return the item(s).
 
A Customer Service representative will reply to your message and give you instructions on how process your return.
 
 
Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization and the product must be original sale condition. You must return the merchandise within 14 calendar days after the order was delivered. If the merchandise is not delivered to our warehouse within the authorized time period, the return will be canceled.
 

We recommend that you pack your return item in the original shipping carton. If the box is too big pack your return in a sturdy, well-padded box to prevent damage in transit.
 

Affix the shipping label to the outside of the carton, clearly with your return name and address in the upper left corner, and our address in the center section of the label. 
 

We gladly accept refunds and exchanges on all eligible products (see below).  .

The same credit card and shipping method submitted with your original order will apply for your refund or exchange order, unless specified otherwise on the exchange note.


Eligible product(s) must be in original factory condition unused,unaltered, unworn, undamaged, and with tags attached and in original packaging.

Ineligible Products

If product(s) have been altered, worn, damaged, or tags/packaging tampered with, products will be ineligible and deemed unauthorized. 

If your product is deemed ineligible for refund or exchange, we will return the item(s) to you Please choose carefully.


Request For Exchange 


Requests for exchange must be made within 7 days of receipt of product(s).
Before making an exchange, please send an email to our Customer Service Department at INFO@MARSHASMARKETPLACE.CA within 7 days of receipt of your shipment. Include your order number and the reason you need to exchange the item(s).
